Rethinking UX with Gen AI

The way people interact with digital user interfaces is changing rapidly. Traditionally, interfaces were limited to predefined workflows and required users to express their intentions through rigid input patterns. Today—thanks to advances in artificial intelligence, such as models like ChatGPT—users can articulate their intentions more freely and naturally. We show how User Experience design can be reimagined with LLMs: by questioning existing structures and developing new approaches that enable users to express their needs intuitively and naturally.
