An explainable agentic interface for Swisscom's real-time enterprise knowledge graph

This talk presents an agentic solution for accessing a large real-time enterprise knowledge graph, with focus on delivering correct and explainable results. The talk includes the background and evolution of this knowledge graph and identification of the use-cases that benefit from an agentic solution. We will conclude with practical insights on how to design trustworthy agents and scale them from proof of concept to production within a large organization.
